Gutter Cover of Kansas City and Legacy Seamless Siding held a joint company meeting on Thursday, March 8, 2012. Being a company that is service driven the meeting focused on customer service.
Doug Stacye and Jim Dowling highlighted the need to consistently apply basic principles to each and every customer to let them know they are important and that our desire is to complete the work to their satisfaction. The basic principles reviewed are:

All in attendance actively participated in discussing how we can individually and collectively improve in our customer service skills understanding that we each play a role in the success of our companies. All were commended for what has been achieved thus far as we enjoy an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and The Gutter Cover™ earned Angie’s List Super Service Award once again in 2011.
