Doug Stacye is the owner and general manager of JB Solutions LLC., a Missouri based company that operates as Gutter Cover of Kansas City and Legacy Seamless Siding. Each side of the business compliments the other and is representative of Doug’s philosophy: providing products that are strong, beautiful and affordable. Doug has been a successful entrepreneur for over 20 years experienced in sales, marketing, management, and customer service.

Doug began the life of an entrepreneur at the early age of 16. He joined forces with his father to open a lawn mower repair shop. Doug and his father partnered with local pawn shops to repair mowers, chainsaws and trimmers. This turned out to be a successful joint venture for the pawn shops and the Stacyes’ fledgling company and the beginning of Doug’s lifelong belief in providing personalized service and quality products.

Doug joined the Muzak organization in 1989 and quickly put his entrepreneurial spirit and experience to work. His focus on sales and service resulted in over 10 years of progressive movement throughout the Muzak organization. From working in the warehouse in 1989, a movement to outside sales, and subsequent promotions to project and sales management, Doug obtained expertise, awards, and accolades over the next decade.

While Doug excelled at working within the corporate environment, the foundational desire to be an entrepreneur was ever present. Doug and his wife, Pam, decided in 2001 the time was right to pursue his dream of owning and operating his own business. JB Solutions LLC was created, opened and operated as Gutter Cover of Kansas City. The company has continued to expand, adding the Legacy Seamless Siding product line.

In 2008, 2009 and again in 2011 Doug’s focus on service, product knowledge and quality of operations was recognized by earning the Angie’s List Super Service Award. This designation is awarded by consumers and is a testament to Doug’s unwavering belief in providing exceptional customer service.

Doug and his partners are continuously working to improve their leadership skills, research new products, provide quality service and position JB Solutions LLC to be a provider of quality home products for generations to come.
